Why does spraying make ants worse?
Some local species, like coastal brown ants, react to repellent sprays by splitting the colony into several new nests. We use a non-repellent transfer bait instead, so the colony is eliminated, not scattered.
How do I get rid of ants for good?
Treat the nest, not the trail. We identify the species, bait the colony so the workers carry it back to the queen, and add an external barrier. That is what stops them coming back.
Are green ant bites dangerous?
Green ant bites are painful but not usually dangerous for most people. They can be a real nuisance near play areas and entertaining spots, which is where we focus the treatment.
Is the treatment safe for pets and veggie gardens?
Yes. We use targeted, low-toxicity baits and place them carefully, and we plan around pets, kids and edible gardens. We brief you on anything to be aware of before we start.
How long until the ants are gone?
Trails usually drop off within a few days as the bait moves through the colony, with full control over one to two weeks. Large or budding colonies can need a follow-up, which your complimentary service period covers.
Will they come back next wet season?
