How fast can you come out?
For urgent jobs we offer same-day service across Cairns wherever we can fit you in. Call us and we’ll give you a straight answer on timing, not a vague window.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use family-safe, low-tox products and brief you on re-entry timing before we start, including the fish tank, the chooks and anyone with allergies.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free, in writing and itemised, so you know exactly what you’re paying before we start.
What suburbs do you cover?
All of Cairns, from Palm Cove and the northern beaches through the city and south to Gordonvale. If you’re not sure you’re in range, just ask.
How does the 6-month complimentary service period work?
Every general pest treatment comes with a 6-month complimentary service period on your invoice. If the pests come back inside six months, so do we, at no charge.
